Vulnerability Assessment Scans.
To provide a complete security audit, ProCheckUp offers vulnerability assessments, where infrastructure is frequently assessed to ensure that all vulnerabilities are identified, prioritised and the appropriate actions/patches applied in a timely fashion.
The main steps involved in a VA assessment (Discovery & Enumeration steps) and in a full infrastructure test (all steps; Discovery, Enumeration & Exploitation) are shown in the diagram below.
On completion of a VA, ProCheckUp will deliver a technical report which will include full details of all potential vulnerabilities identified, along with recommended remediation steps and an executive summary section which includes a high-level description of the higher-risk security issues identified.
Penetration Testing:
In order for an organisation to function efficiently and securely, and to ensure the confidentiality, infrastructure, data, integrity and availability of its network, the entire environment needs to be regularly assessed to ensure that all vulnerabilities are identified, prioritised and the appropriate actions are taken to ensure their resolution.
ProCheckUp are CHECK, CREST, Cyber Scheme accredited to deliver high quality and detailed reports on the vulnerabilities in your Web Application / Infrastructure. Our Expert team of ethical hackers will follow a structured approach to identify and test any weaknesses in your systems, and provide a detailed report on their discoveries and steps that you can take to reduce your risk of cyber attack.
This offer applies to:
- Web Application Testing - Jump to Web App Penetration Test
- Infrastructure Testing - Jump to Infrastructure Test
Web App Penetration Testing:
Regardless of the application being tested, ProCheckUp believe that one of the most important, and often overlooked phases, is to fully analyse and understand the application before jumping in and looking for the OWASP top 10. Each application is unique, and should be treated as such. During this initial phase, our experts will start to formulate an attack plan by identifying the areas which require the most focus, whilst still ensuring maximum coverage and identifying the areas that would most likely be targeted by an attacker. ProCheckUp will identify the most serious threats to the company in the context of each application. In addition, ProCheckUp will engage with the client during scoping to determine if the client has any key areas of concern.
At the end of every engagement the client is provisioned a final deliverable of a full technical report which will include full details of all potential vulnerabilities identified (along with recommended remediation steps) as well as an executive summary (management) section which includes a high-level description of the higher-impact security issues identified.
Infrastructure Penetration Testing:
In order for an organisation to function efficiently and securely, and to ensure the confidentiality, infrastructure, data, integrity and availability of its network, the entire environment needs to be regularly assessed to ensure that all vulnerabilities are identified, prioritised and the appropriate actions are taken to ensure their resolution.
A high-level overview of the main stages of ProCheckUp’s infrastructure testing methodology has been summarised in the following diagram, where a range of in-house and commercial tools are used in combination with manual testing techniques.
At the end of every engagement the client is provisioned a final deliverable of a full technical report which will include full details of all potential vulnerabilities identified (along with recommended remediation steps) as well as an executive summary (management) section which includes a high-level description of the higher-impact security issues identified.
