Internal Sales Executive

Salary: 20-25K + generous commission (Experience based) Full time
Location: London Office, Russell Square
Reports to: Sales Manager

ProCheckUp are looking for a self-motivated individual to join their dynamic team, in this 
entryevel position. We are a fun and sociable company based in London and Manchester, 
offering security consultancy services. We are looking for the individual to start as soon as 
possible, during this intensive growth period.

Internal Sales Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and develop new sales opportunities
• Identify potential customers
• Book appointments for external sales team
• Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with prospective customers and maintain records on the CRM system
• Follow up sales leads generated by marketing activities via telephone
• Pro-actively seek new business by targeting prospective customers
• Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations for services
• Create quotations from tenders received
• Proactively chase tenders
• Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary
• Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives
• Achieve team and individual sales targets as set by the Management Team within the agreed time scale
• Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist
• Ensure that the external sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts
• Provide the Management with sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis - Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, escalate matters to the Account Manager and log them on Salesforce
• To provide direct support to the Sales Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• Educated to degree level
• Excellent communication skills
• Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
• Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
• Experience working in the Information Security Industry, ideally Penetration Testing or compliance
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM
